GDPR – what it’s all about, and what you actually need to know with Clare Paterson
July 19 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm£25 – £35
This is a live online event on the Zoom platform and can be booked online.
To buy your ticket – £25 for members, £35 for non-members, CLICK HERE.
Presented by Clare Paterson, this workshop will cut through the jargon and bust the myths surrounding the GDPR and other Data Protection legislation, and keep the emphasis firmly on what you actually need to know in your role as a counsellor/psychotherapist. It will include practical advice and examples to help you build GDPR compliance into your work.
Clare has specialised in data protection for around 8 years now, and worked as a freelance consultant and trainer for the last 3 years. Before that her work covered health and safety, risk management, quality assurance and governance, and she uses that experience to provide pragmatic advice and accessible training, to a range of clients, largely social housing, charities and education clients.
Attendees will receive an Attendance Certificate for 3 hours after the event.
