Lifespan Integration – A New Process Based On Neuroscience with Vajra Lila
May 19 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm£30 – £45
Lifespan Integration Therapy is only now becoming known about in the UK. This workshop will give an overview of what this therapy consists of, what makes it unique and why talking therapy isn’t enough sometimes! Vajralila will cover the place of active imagination, the neuroscience behind it and how the use of timelines literally reroutes the body-mind system into more integration and wholeness. The presentation will include a mix of talking and videos of actual sessions to show various protocols in action.
After working for over 20 years with clients using an integrative and trauma-informed approach Vajra Lila now specialises in Lifespan Integration Therapy and is inspired by the depth of healing this approach offers clients.
Vajra Lila has many years experience of working in the field of addiction and complex trauma. She has supervised extensively in agencies focusing on sexual and domestic violence and LGBTQ support. She now runs a therapy centre in Hove where she has her own private therapy and supervision practice and offers regular CPD trainings.
About Lifespan Integration
Problems and difficulties manifesting in the present are signposts to unresolved issues in the past. Lifespan Integration Therapy is done in a structured way with specific coaching from the therapist, to your adult self, in effect coaching your adult self to heal and nurture your child (or younger) self, and in doing so updating and repairing neurological pathways.
2019 workshops cost £30 for ACPNL members, £45 for others.
To book, please email email@example.com stating which workshops you would like to attend and she will give you payment instructions.
